Low cost strategy

We all want to save on our expenses. The same is true when it comes to hiring a vehicle. In our opinion, however, low cost should never be at the expense of quality service, with vehicles that are in good condition, clean, functional and reliable. For us, low cost means something else:

  1. Reducing our administrative costs: our booking, reception and information areas are mainly online or at home.
  2. Multi-tasking staff: the same Vroum employee can be in charge of customer relations, vehicle maintenance, promotion, delivery and invoicing.
  3. Our vehicles are selected first and foremost for their functionality and condition, and at prices that will enable them to pay for themselves quickly.
  4. Our marketing strategy focuses on social networks, the internet, word of mouth and direct contact.
  5. Our profit margin is very modest.
